Derek is nominated for top accounting award

Leigh-based accountants Jackson Stephen has had one of it most promising young professionals nominated for a North West top award.
Manager Derek Armstrong has been shortlisted for Young Accountant of the Year in the 2008 Insider Young Professionals Awards to be held at the Lowry Hotel in Manchester on Thursday. Diane Brennan, managing partner, said: "Our young professionals are the future of our firm.
Developing the careers of talented people such as Derek is evidence of our commitment to training and retaining the cream of local talent, for the benefit of local businesses."
