The fifth annual Recognition Awards have been launched.
To mark the occasion, franchise organisation Recognition Express has commissioned a survey of employees across the UK to establish the impact and importance of being recognised at work.

More than eight out of 10 people who were surveyed scored rec
ognition as a major factor when deciding to move jobs.
Recognition Express is encouraging employers and colleagues to use the Recognition Awards to acknowledge loyalty and commitment in their workplace.

Recognising people's achievements is a major factor in boosting job satisfaction and productivity.
The awards are open to people in small and medium-sized businesses in the UK to show gratitude for the outstanding contributions of their colleagues and to reward them for going the extra mile.

This year, the overall winner will receive a weekend break for two in London, including dinner and a show.

Nomination forms are available at www.recognition-express.com/
recognitionawards
or by calling 01242 245789. The deadline for entries is July 31 and regional judging will take place in September 2008.
