Derby joy for Judes

Wigan St Jude's ran out 28-6 winners at St Patrick's in their first derby showdown since promotion back to the National Conference Premier Division.
The match featured a remarkable first half in which St Pat's practically camped out in the visitors' half but failed to find their way over the line.
St Jude's, on the other hand, scored on two of the few occasions they ventured upfield.
Their defence was first class, and in the second half St Jude's really took the game to their opponents.
The first score came in the 18th minute – completely against the run of play – when centre Eugene Swift swooped on a dropped ball and sprinted 70 yards to score.
Scott Robinson stepped forward to add the goal.
In the 38th minute, stand-off Paul Pendlebury was prominent in some clever approach play and second row Shaun Hilton plunged over from acting half-back.
Robinson's conversion made it 12-0 at half-time.
St Jude's were back on the scoreboard only four minutes after the interval with an excellent try by Pendlebury, who made the break and then took a return pass from loose forward Gavin Corfield to score in the corner.
Robinson then struck a great touchline conversion.
St Pat's started to reassert themselves, with Anthony Atherton, Anthony Gallear, David Hales and Steve Bennett showing up well.
They improved their finishing when Atherton forced his way over on the hour mark off a pass by Richard Owen.
Corfield put paid to any ideas of a St Pat's revival when he beat off three attempts to tackle him and scored on 71 minutes.
St Jude's, growing in confidence, put the icing on the cake when Pendlebury sailed in for his second try off a break by Swift with three minutes to go.
Robinson's kick concluded the scoring as St Jude's made it two wins out of two, with St Pat's having lost their opening two.
Pendlebury won the Vinny Charnock Memorial Trophy for a man-of-the-match display.
The award has been introduced to mark the recent death of a much-missed St Pat's club stalwart.
