The sun shone on the Wigan One World Multicultural Festival - the event, which was held in Mesnes Park at the weekend, celebrated the ethnic and cultural diversity of Wigan in a fabulous free community festival.
This year there were performers from the local communities and across the world.

Among the attractions were music, dance, hip hop, sports activities and games, Punch and Judy and huge plastic picnic storytelling.
The event attracted plenty of people who took advantage of some seasonal weather to enjoy the music and a picnic.
