Smile - and the whole world smiles with you! So goes the old adage and the Wigan Observer is putting it to the test.
In celebration Smile Month, we want to know what makes YOU smile?

It could be anything about Wigan or spending time with friends, family or going on holiday, watching Wigan Athletic - everyone will have a different reason.

Send a close up photograph of yourself along with what makes you smile, your name, age, address, telephone number and email address to Smile Month, Promotions Department, Lancashire Publications, Martland Mill, Martland Mill Lane, Wigan, WN5 0LX, or email your entries to competitions@lancspublications.co.uk

The Wigan Observer and www.wigantoday.net team will be in Wigan Town Centre Market Place on Friday May 23, asking members of the public what makes them smile.

All films will go onto www.wigantoday.net

The competition is open to all age groups!

All entries will go into a What makes you Smile Supplement exclusive to the Wigan Observer on June 11 and readers will then vote for their favourite What Makes You Smile Entry

The entry with the most votes will win a goody bag to make you smile by Boots, Pemberton, Wigan!
