KYM Lomas has got a tattoo in memory of her stillborn son, Archie.
The former Ashton resident and her husband, Jamie, lost Archie in 2009 and she took to Twitter to reveal that she had the inking as a tribute to Archie, and her three other children, David, Emily and Polly.
She said: “So...I’ve had a new tattoo in memory of my little Archie and in honour of all my children. X❤❤,’ The Coronation Street star still takes his ashes to special occasions with her because she ‘likes him to feel close’.
The body art on her shoulder joins the names of teenagers David and Emily, who she had with builder Dave Cunliffe.
A friend told The Daily Mirror: “It’s a wonderful thing to have done. Everyone knows how upset Kym and Jamie were when they lost Archie.
“He is never out of Kym’s thoughts and now he will be with her every moment.”
Meanwhile, Kym’s former Hear’Say bandmate Danny Foster, who appeared on BBC’s The Voice, said he is not jealous of her fame.
He said: “I have never seen that they have done better than me.
“Their advertising deals and stuff like that is fair enough but musically I am still singing and that is what I got into Popstars for.
“I never went into it to be a model or an actor. I went in to be a singer. I wish them the best.”
