WIGAN Warriors have announced a new sponsorship deal with an online clothes giant.
The Super League outfit have signed a 12-month contract with Jacamo which will see some of the Warriors stars feature in their latest catalogue, swapping their familiar cherry and white hoops for more casual attire.
Top players including Harrison Hansen, Pat Richards, George Carmont and Ben Flower all feature in the catalogue modelling clothes for Jacamo.
A spokesman for Wigan Warriors said: “We are pleased to have signed an 12-month deal with Jacamo.
“As part of the deal, eight of our players will feature in their latest catalogue and attended two photo shoots.”
Jacamo is the Warriors’ official website sponsor and the firm says that the deal will help to highlight its speciality of providing men’s clothing in difficult to find sizes.
A spokesman for Jacamo said: “We’re really excited to be working with the Wigan Warrirors, as well as supporting local sport.
He added: “We see it as a good way to illustrate our brand values.
“The message is clear. Whether you are a full-back, scrum half or a prop forward, Jacamo has fashionable sizes to fit.”
In addition to sponsoring the Warriors webpage, the deal will also see LED advertising at the DW Stadium for the next year.
