1. What appealed to you most about the property?

The property’s location was a huge factor as it is popular with families being close to an excellent school.

2. How long have you lived in the property?

Eight years.

3. What have you done since moving into the property?

We have decorated throughout including new carpets and wood flooring, had a new kitchen and bathroom fitted, replaced all the soffits and guttering and more recently put on a large conservatory.

4. Why are you selling?

We are staying in Winstanley but with two growing boys we are looking for a property with four bedrooms.
