What appealed to you most about the property?

I was a fist time buyer wanting a house with very little work needing doing. This house was just perfect it was modern, bright and I could quickly add my own personal touches to it.

I was delighted to discover this house too was not overlooked and had the sun all afternoon and evening in the back garden. I was also impressed by its cul-de-sac location on a quiet estate

How long have you lived in the property?

Two-and-a-half years

What have you done since moving into the property?

Since moving in to my house I have tiled the entrance hall. I have carpeted the stairs, landing and spare bedroom. I have also painted throughout. I have completely transformed the back garden adding borders as well as a larger seating area.

Why are you selling?

I am selling my house as I am moving in with my fiancé and he works outside of the Wigan area.

What is your favourite room and why?

My favourite room in my house is my lounge. This is the warmest room in the house. I love having friends round for dinner and the lounge is a cosy room for entertaining.

How close are the amenities?

There is a local convenience store just around the corner. Asda and Wigan town centre are a five minute drive away. There are two pubs within walking distance. The canal and public footpaths are also a five minute stroll away. J27 on the M6 is less than 10 minutes away.

To whom would this property be best suited?

This property would be suited to a single person, couple or family who want a house they can move into straight away with no need for decoration or work doing to it. This is a modern two-bedroomed, two-bathroomed semi-detached house. Located on a friendly cul-de-sac within easy reach of many resources. It benefits from two off-road parking spaces.
