A Wigan man has appeared before justices accused of fiddling his tax returns to the tune of £44,000.

Wigan and Leigh Magistrates' Court
Dale Andrew Rigby, 28, of Ranmore Avenue, Ashton, faces two charges of dishonestly making false representations with regards to his self-assessment forms.
Wigan and Leigh magistrates granted him unconditional bail until March 29.
