A WIGAN man has appeared in court charged with two burglary offences.
David Jolley, of Millers Lane, Platt Bridge appeared before Wigan Magistrates’ Court and pleaded not guilty to burglary at Edwards Bakery, New Street, on May 6. Jolley, 35, will next appear at the court on May 16, after which the case will be committed to Liverpool Crown Court.
Jolley is also charged with burgling a house in Swinley on May 3.
He was not given the opportunity to enter a plea and the case was sent to Liverpool Crown Court to be heard on August 16.
He has been remanded in custody.
