POLICE investigating two arson attacks at a Wigan business are appealing for witnesses.
Detectives believe a stone merchants on Miry Lane was targeted on Sunday March 9 and Sunday March 30.
In the first incident, it is believed three offenders broke into the compound and set fire to a HGV before leaving towards Woodhouse Lane.
The second occurred at 2.30am when a lone offender broke in and set fire to another HGV, the offenders were caught on CCTV.
PC Mike Swan said: “We believe the business is being purposefully targeted.
“This cowardly crime has caused extreme distress to the owner and his young family.”
