No-one said breaking up was easy ...
Wigan-born Davinia Taylor and football agent Dave Gardner are locked in a bitter divorce battle.
The couple, who wed in 2003, are said to be at war over their two-year-old son Grey, who lives with his dad in their 8m London home.
The former Hollyoaks actress recently spent seven days in hospital after she had a seizure and collapsed in the street, breaking her nose.
Davinia, who is living with her mum in Cheshire, has been reported to have only been allowed to see her son four times in four months.
A friend said: "She loves Grey more than anything and is a fantastic mother."
