A TIME capsule has been buried at a Leigh-based private housing landlord’s HQ to mark the completion of a £1.75m extension.

Adactus’s chief executive Paul Lees performed the ceremonials at the King Street centre and the container held tenant newsletters, board papers and a memory stick holding photographs of the company’s head office.

It also helped mark the 50th anniversary of Adactus Housing Association, the founding member of Adactus Housing Group.

Staff will move into the 1,220m sq office extension next month. Refurbishment of the remainder of the group’s head office is also planned.
