Katy Clark '˜withdraws from race' to become Leigh candidate
Katy Clark has withdraw from the race to become the Labour candidate for the Leigh seat at the general election, it has been reported.
The BBC is reporting that Ms Clark withdrew ahead of the interview process, which is taken place this afternoon.
Coun Jo Platt, campaigner Emily Brothers and James Frith are the other candidates.
