Support for traffic comments
I AGREE and sympathise with the comments of the taxi driver regarding being compelled to turn right from King Street into Wallgate, causing yet another delay to reach one’s destination!
Why should one have to drive, for example, from Brocol House to Boston House in Frog Lane, instead of via King Street West?
How about Scholes, where you have both traffic lights showing green to traffic in Greenough Street (whereas it should in fact, be a green filter arrow)?
And the junction of Beech Hill Avenue and Woodhouse Drive, where a filter signal is needed, for traffic from the Cherry Gardens turning right into Woodhouse Drive towards Shevington.
Why does the traffic department not go and take a look....or take notice of comments by experienced drivers?
