Model mum and daughter in TV fun
A Wigan mum and daughter are to star in the latest TV makeover show.
Beauty pageant contestants Jayne Taylor and Gemma Cunningham were treated to whole new looks as part of a new BBC Three programme called Hotter Than My Daughter.
The series looks at the ways in which some women try to outdo each other in the style stakes.
Jayne, from Ashton, said: "We had a lot of fun being filmed for the show, it's very tongue in cheek!"
Popstar and Celebrity Masterchef winner Liz McClarnon presents the series and each week asks members of the public to give their opinions on which of two women are committing the worst fashion crime.

A major makeover is then on the cards for the worst offender and a team of experts, including a stylist, hairdresser and make up artist, creates a whole new look for them.
In a twist to the standard format, both Jayne and Gemma were treated to makeovers.
Jayne, 39, said: "It was a lot of fun and we both played up to the cameras. Apparently, before having my makeover I was dressing completely the wrong way for my age.
"Somebody even remarked that I dressed like a drag queen!"
