The Stig pops in
Some say he can smell pies from a thousand miles away.
Wigantoday.net had a very special visit today ... from Top Gear's The Stig!
He of few words popped into our office, stood about a bit, posed for a few pictures, then skidaddled.
He has also been spotted walking around Poolstock, Ashton and the town centre lately - so just what's he doing here?

Well, apparently he's in Wigan in conjunction with Wigan's newest karting arena, Elite Karting, and was cheering on the Latics against Stoke at the DW Stadium last night.
There, he was promoting a charity event happening in the near future with the proceeds going to Claire House Children's Hospice in Merseyside.
