Man in court after woman stabbed in street
A man has been charged after a woman was stabbed in the street.
David Hughes, 58, of Foxfold Close, Mosley Common, has been charged with Section 18 wounding, affray and two counts of possession of an offensive weapon.
He was due to appear at Bolton Magistrates Court today, Thursday.
Police were called to Bramley Road, Astley Bridge in Bolton at around 2.45pm on Saturday, April 9, following reports that a man had stabbed a woman in the street.
