Wigan Athletic supporting Pride
Here's winger Yanic Wildschut showing Wigan Athletic's support for the first ever Wigan Pride event, which takes place in the town centre on Saturday August 13.
The event is being organised by youth group BYOU based in Wigan and backed by Wigan Council. The Wigan Athletic Community Trust is one of the event’s sponsors, which gets under way at 11am.
Latics’ chief executive Jonathan Jackson said: “Wigan Athletic are delighted to support Wigan Pride, which will be a wonderful celebration.”
