A MAN has been hospitalised after being hit by a train at Ince station.
A British Transport Police (BTP) spokesman said: “Our officers were called to Ince rail station at around 11.15am on Tuesday, 21 October, following reports that a person had been hit by a train.
“Colleagues from Greater Manchester Police and North West Ambulance Service also attended, and discovered a man had been struck and injured by a train.
“The man was taken to hospital by ambulance with non-life threatening injuries.
“The incident is not being treated as suspicious.”
