A TWELVE-year-old boy who was reported missing from a residential school last month has been found safe and well.
Francis Constantine, pictured below, was reported missing from Nugent House School in Carr Mill Road Billinge, on Monday, April 4.
The 5ft 2ins youngster, who has a “Z” shaved into the sides of his head and speaks with a Liverpool accent, had been last seen wearing his school uniform – a navy blue polo shirt and grey trousers.
A police spokeswoman confirmed yesterday that Francis was found safe and well on May 6 – more than a month after he had been reported missing.
The Nugent House residential school caters for boys aged between seven and 19 who are subject to a statement of Special Education Needs (SEN).
Staffed by workers trained in the provision of care and education for students with emotional behaviour and mental health needs, it offers a broad curriculum aimed at integrating pupils into mainstream education.
