Missing Thomas found safe

A Wigan man who disappeared last week has been found safe and well.

Thomas Nixon, 23, was last seen at Wigan Wallgate train station at 6am on Saturday April 8, where he travelled to London for a day and was due to return that night.

Appeals for information were posted on the GMP Wigan West page but have since been removed, as has Thomas’s profile on Missing People website. Several individual Facebook posts also claimed that Thomas has been found safe.

Greater Manchester Police confirmed to the Wigan Post that Thomas has been found safe and well.
