Nice sofa, not sure about the cat!
A woman who bought a second-hand sofa discovered a cat living inside it.
Vickie Mendenhall, from Washington in the United States, bought the couch for 27 dollars (19) and was puzzled when she heard a mysterious mewing sound in her home.
But it wasn`t until her boyfriend, Chris Lund, felt something moving when he was watching TV that they looked inside the sofa and found a very hungry cat.
After the story appeared in the local media, Bob Killion from Spokane showed up to claim the cat.
Mr Killion had donated a couch on February 19, and his nine-year-old cat, Callie, disappeared at about the same time.
