Arobieke, who has convictions for harassment and was once described in court by the nickname Purple Aki, is filmed as he makes his way through a Toxeth park.

His tormentor follows Arobieke for a short while before calling out: “Turn around, Ak, turn around”.

When Arobieke remonstrates and asks him to stop filming, he shouts out: “I’m not doing nothing, I’m allowed to walk me dog, lad.”

The short video then takes a more sinister turn when the man behind the camera begins shouting: “Come and feel me muscles, Ak. Come and feel me muscles” - a reference to Arobieke’s well-documented fetish for touching, squeezing and measuring other mens’ muscles.

Arobieke first gained infamy in the 1990s when he was banned from a professional rugby league club.

In 2003, he was jailed for six years for harassing numerous lads in St Helens.

A later court order banned him from entering the town and set out a series of unusual conditions, including prohibiting him from asking other men if he could squeeze their biceps.

The ban was later overturned by a court.

He again made the headlines late last year when he was the subject of a BBC documentary, The Man Who Squeezes Muscles: Searching for Purple Aki.
