A MAN went berserk after a photo shoot of him and his ex-partner having sex turned into an orgy, magistrates in Manchester heard.

Anthony Massey, 31, had arranged the sex session but lost his temper when the photographer joined in.

It led to him thumping Claire Mayers and she ended up with a split and swollen bottom lip, said prosecutor Holly Holden.

After the attack freelance photographer Stephen Peacock had ordered Massey out of his flat and called the police. Massey, of Woburn Avenue, Leigh, was given a nine month supervision order and made to pay £75 compensation to Miss Mayers – and £150 prosecution costs.

He admitted assaulting Miss Mayers and breaching a non-molestation order imposed last November to stay away from her.

Miss Holden said Massey had contacted Mr Peacock about taking sexy pictures and he and Miss Mayers went to his flat on April 7.

The trio then drank three bottles of wine and all used a quantity of cocaine. Afterwards Massey and the victim engaged in sexual activity and Peacock took pictures of them, the court was told.

But when Mr Peacock “got into the act” Massey left the room and when Miss Mayer followed him he punched her, said Miss Holden. Miss Holden said there had been a history of a domestic nature between the couple and resulted in Massey being made the subject of a non-molestation order.

Mr Bob Simpson, defending, said the incident was “an embarrassment for all parties”. Mr Simpson said Massey, a carer for his mother, admitted striking the victim.

Massey was ordered to pay a £60 surcharge.
