POLICE are appealing for the public’s help to trace three men wanted on recall to prison.

Michael Thomas Roy Skeech, from Wigan, 25, was released from prison on licence on 16 December 2013 having been jailed for supplying Class A drugs in the Leigh area.

His licence was revoked on 11 August 2014 because of failure to comply with the terms of his conditions which he has breached.

A number of attempts have been made to locate Skeech but he remains at large.

He is known to have links to the Tyldesley, Atherton, Leigh and St Helens areas.

Anyone who knows of his whereabouts is asked to call police on 101 or the independent charity Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111. Anyone who is found to be harbouring a known fugitive could also face prosecution.

Anthony Stephen Parr, 49, was released from prison on licence on 8 June 2014 having been jailed for handling stolen goods in the Atherton area of Leigh.

His licence was revoked on 1 August 2014 because Parr has failed to abide by the terms of his licence and he is now circulated as wanted.

Parr is known to have links to the Leigh and Wigan areas.

Anyone who knows of his whereabouts is asked to call police on 101 or the independent charity Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111. Anyone who is found to be harbouring a known fugitive could also face prosecution.

Anthony Seddon, 50, was recalled to prison on 14 August 2014 after his licence was revoked.

A number of attempts have been made to locate Seddon but he remains at large. Officers also want to speak to Seddon in connection with an assault on 12 August 2014.

He is known to have links to Ince in Makerfield, Leigh and Wigan.
