William John Elvin (44): No fixed abode – Without lawful authority, used violence for the purpose of securing entry into a home on Douglas House, Scholes, knowing that there was someone present on those premises who was opposed to said entry, failed without reasonable cause to surrender to custody: Restraining order to not contact or communicate directly or indirectly Rose Elvin or Richard Berry and to not go to or enter Douglas House, Scholes, fined £50, £60 victim surcharge, pay costs of £100 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

Carl Kevin Sweeney (38): Warrington Road, Wigan – Drove Vauxhall Vectra on Platt Lane, Wigan, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in his breath, namely 55 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, exceeded the prescribed limit of 35 microgrammes; used a motor vehicle without insurance or a licence; knowing that a Vauxhall Vectra had been taken without the consent of the owner, drove the said conveyance. Fined £200, £20 victim surcharge, pay costs of £85 to Crown Prosecution Service, disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 16 months, pay compensation of £150.

David Bennett (54): Nutt Street, Wigan – Dropped a cigarette butt and left it in Market Place. Fined £20, £20 victim surcharge, pay costs of £100.

John Edward (41): Plane Avenue, Wigan – Dropped a cigarette end and left it on The Wiend, Wigan. Fined £110, £20 victim surcharge, pay costs of £100.

Nicola Gaskell: Repton Avenue, Ince – Being the parent of a child of compulsory school age, registered at Britannia Bridge Primary School, failed to ensure they attend regularly at that school. Fined £220, £22 victim surcharge, pay costs of £100.

Ali Hussain (44): Swinley Road, Wigan – Dropped a cigarette end and left it in Jaxons Court, Wigan. Fined £110, £20 victim surcharge. Pay costs of £100.

Otto Huszti (53): Smithwood Avenue, Hindley – Dropped a cigarette end and left it in Bradshawgate. Fined £110, £20 victim surcharge, pay costs of £100.

Karen Livesly: Borsdane Avenue, Wigan – Being the parent of a child of compulsory school age, who was registered at Castle Hill St Phillips CE Primary School failed to ensure they attend regularly at that school. Fined £220, £22 victim surcharge, pay costs of £100.

Andrew Moon and Adele Shaw: Dicconson Street, Wigan – Being the parents of a child of compulsory school age, who was registered at St Patrick’s Catholic Primary School, failed to ensure they attend regularly at that school. Fined £220, £22 victim surcharge, pay costs of £100.

Daniel Williams (41): Dovedale Crescent, Ashton - Dropped a filter cigarette end and left it in the Life Centre at Believe Square, Wigan. Fined £110, £20 victim surcharge, pay costs of £100.

Karl Wood (40): Coops Buildings, Manor Street, Wigan – Dropped a cigarette end and left it in Hindley Walk, Wigan. Fined £110, £20 victim surcharge, pay costs of £100.

Martin James Wilding (27): Kitt Green Road, Wigan – Assaulted Megan Stock by beating her. Committed to prison for 16 weeks, restraining order made to not contact directly or indirectly Megan Stock, £80 victim surcharge.

Sarah Joliffe (35): George Street, Hindley – Being the parent of a child of compulsory school age, who was registered at Newbridge Learning Community School, failed to ensure they attend regularly at that school. Conditionally discharged for 12 months, £15 victim surcharge, pay costs of £35.

Nauris Busmanis (28): Banner Street, Ince – Drove on Riverway, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in his breath, namely 62 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, exceeded the prescribed limit of 35 microgrammes. Fined £250, £25 victim surcharge, £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service, £150 criminal courts charge, disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 18 months.

Natalie Anne Harrison (32): Greenhey, Orrell – Stole gift sets to the value of £107, belonging to Gee Tees Store. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, £54 compensation, £15 victim surcharge, £100 to the Crown Prosecution Service, £150 criminal courts charge.

Adam Stuart Moss (25): Almond Brook Road, Standish – Having been required to provide a specimen or specimens of breath, failed without reasonable excuse to do so. Fined £290, £29 victim surcharge, £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service, £150 criminal courts charge, disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 24 months.

Michael David Lund (46): Douglas House, Scholes – Being a relevant offender within the terms of the Sexual Offences Act 2003, failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the notification requirement in that you failed to register a change of address within three days: Community order with curfew, £60 victim surcharge, £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service, £180 criminal courts charge.

Joshua Martin Ashurst (23): Gillan Road, Wigan – Failed to stop at the scene of an accident, caused wasteful employment of the police by knowingly making to police a false report tending to show that an offence had been committed. 12-month community order made, £60 victim surcharge, £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service, £150 criminal courts charge, carry out unpaid work for 70 hours.
