Junaid Pasha (24): Park Road, Hindley - Sent by means of a public communications network a message that was grossly offensive or of an indecent, obscene or menacing character, committing an offence while a suspended sentence order was in place, sent an offensive video via Facebook, wilfully obstructed a police constable in the execution of his duty, failed to surrender to custody: Jailed for six weeks as offence so serious because of previous offending, restraining order not to contact the victim or attempt to access her personal information online, pay £85 costs to the Crown Prosecution Service.

James Price (36): West Street, Wigan - Breach of the peace: Bound over in the sum of £100 for 12 months.
