Anthony Paul Silcock (29): Wakefield Crescent, Standish - Assault, damaged a motor vehicle, possession of a kitchen knife in a public place: Committed to Liverpool Crown Court for sentencing on August 19.

Martin Owen Hughes (44): Crawford Close, Aspull - Assaulted Jeffrey DePilkington: Jailed for 12 weeks, suspended for 12 months, pay £50 compensation, pay surcharge of £115 to fund victim services, £400 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
