Andrew Semmens (29): Andover Crescent, Wigan - pleaded guilty to the damage of a laptop and to assault by beating. Sentenced to a community order with 40 hours of unpaid work. Ordered to pay total compensation of £350, a surcharge of £85 to fund victim services, and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

Luke Alexander Buckley (31): Church Avenue, Bickershaw - pleaded guilty to drink driving on Nel Pan Lane and driving without a license or insurance. Disqualified from driving for 20 months and ordered to pay a fine of £120, a surcharge of £30 to fund victim services, and £85 costs to the Crown Prosecution Service.

Jonathan Thomas Raymond Chappell (36): Woodhouse Lane, Wigan - pleaded guilty to the theft of makeup to the value of £80 from Wilkinsons. Jailed for 10 weeks and ordered to pay a surcharge of £115 to fund victim services.

Jason Parr (45): Brownlow Avenue, Ince - indicated guilty plea to the making of indecent photographs of a child. Case committed to Bolton Crown Court for sentencing on June 14.

John Robert Fishwick (34): Poplar Avenue, Worsley Hall - pleaded guilty to driving on Crow Orchard Road whilst under the influence of cocaine and resisting arrest from a police officer in the execution of his duty. Keith Pepperd (36): Sandalwood Drive, Wigan - pleaded guilty at Wigan to the theft of branded clothing to the value of £3,700 belonging to Sports Direct. Case has been committed to Bolton Crown Court for sentencing on June 14.

John Mackinnon (57): York Close, Cheadle - pleaded guilty to being drunk and disorderly at Wigan Wallgate railway station. Discharged conditionally for two years and ordered to pay a surcharge of £20 to fund victim services.

Stuart James Austin (35): Moore Street, Whelley - pleaded guilty to being the registered keeper of a vehicle and failing to deliver to the Secretary of State that part of the registration document containing the required particulars relating to the notification of transfer of the vehicle to a person who was not a vehicle trader.
