A WOMAN appeared in court charged with causing a breach of peace.
Jodie Ann Newcomb, 23, pleaded guilty to causing a disturbance outside her home in Derwent Avenue, Ince, on June 1, when she appeared at Wigan Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday.
Jayne Kearsley, prosecuting, said Newcomb was shouting: ‘I’m going to kick her head in’ to a neighbour.
Police were called and told her to return home.
She went inside but police could still hear her shouting threats.
She was then arrested and struggled with the police.
Peter Moran, defending, said that Newcomb accepted she was loud and had a dispute with her neighbour.
He also said she had problems with alcohol, and found it difficult looking after her wheelchair-bound mother.
Newcomb was released and bound over for £50 for six months.
