Wigan Athletic's sell-on clause in Joe Gelhardt's Leeds United deal revealed
The exciting teenager completed a move to the Premier League newboys on Monday night for an undisclosed fee - thought to be £1m.
He has signed a four-year deal with the Whites.
And a clause in that contract means Latics will get 20 per cent if Leeds decide to sell him during that timeframe.

But it could prove lucrative down the track if, for example, Gelhardt's star continues to rise and he attracts attention from Premier League or European heavyweights.
And should Leeds United be relegated from the top-flight during his time there, it could increase the chances of him moving on early.
It is understood the 20 per cent clause applies to any transfer fee above £1m.

Administrators who took charge of Latics at the start of last month have complete control over the club's affairs.
Gelhardt is not the first youngster to be sold.
Alfie Devine joined Spurs and Jensen Weir moved to Brighton - two more players to develop through their academy system.
