CENTRE Anthony Gelling has been ruled out for up to two months with a hamstring injury.

Shaun Wane expects to be without the Kiwi for between six and eight weeks.

He suffered the injury during last Thursday’s 40-22 victory against Wakefield.

Forward Joel Tomkins is expected to switch to the three-quarters to cover for Gelling.

Ryan Sutton or Larne Patrick could step into the pack, until Sean O’Loughlin’s likely return from injury against Castleford next week.

Wigan face Hull KR this Friday in front of the Sky Sports cameras - a dress-rehearsal for their Challenge Cup tie two weeks later.
