Shaun Wane’s Warriors were drawn against Saturday’s other quarter-final winners in the semi-final draw.
Hull FC, who beat Catalans to keep alive their final hopes, are also top of the Super League ladder.
In their meetings this year, Wigan and Hull FC have notched one win each.
Wigan last won the Challenge Cup in 2013 when they beat the Black and Whites, who have famously never won at Wembley.
Warrington will face Wakefield in the other semi-final. They beat Widnes and Huddersfield in their respective quarter-finals.
The semi-final games will take place on neutral grounds at the end of July.
