Reserves coach Shaun Wane saluted half-back Sam Tomkins after a five-try display against Harlequins.
His haul helped the Warriors to a 86-0 victory over the London club ahead of the reverse fixture this Sunday.
Tomkins (above) grabbed five tries for the first-team in a Challenge Cup win over Whitehaven earlier this year.

Wane said: "It was a f
antastic effort – Harlequins beat Leeds two weeks ago so they're not a bad side.
"We just clicked. Sam was among many to shine."
Nicky Stanton grabbed a hat-trick and kicked 13 goals. Ben Davies, Ross Bradley, Liam Farrell, Sam Reay (two), Josh Veivers and Lee Mossop also scored tries.

The Warriors academy side beat Huddersfield 20-8, Stefan Marsh, Sam Cunningham, Matt Sarsfield and Joe Mellor scoring tries. Marsh kicked two goals. John Pendlebury's side, second in the table behind St Helens, travel to Hull KR on Saturday (2.30pm).

Reserves hooker Sam Gee, grandson on Wigan great Ken, will play for England Students in the University World Cup which starts in Australia this Thursday. Gee is an Edge Hill College student.
Wane said: "He's got a fantastic attitude and he takes on board all the things Phil Veivers and I ask of him."
