Harrison Hansen has three reasons to be cheerful - the 'hitman' in Wigan's back row has been selected for the World Cup and will jet out to Australia with the Samoan squad next week.
But he will be in a hurry to get back because on his return to Wigan, he's due to become a father for the first time.
Hansen revealed his double-whammy of good news in the same week he was handed a top award for his remarkable efforts at the back of Wigan's pack this summer.

The youngster was named the Super League's 'hitman' of the year at the Man of Steel presentations after making the most tackles in the regular
season.
He completed a total of 825 in 27 matches, an average of 32 per game.
Hansen said that he was proud of his achievement, but had been unaware that he was even in the running for an award.

He said: "I was made up when I found out, but it wasn't something that I'd set my sights on or anything like that.
"I never realised. I just went out there and did what I had to, plus a bit more if possible.

"The lads have had plenty to say about it, pulling my leg mainly and calling me the 'hit man' all the time.
"Iam well aware that I have missed a few tackles along the way as well, but I still feel proud."

Hansen thanked his father for helping him become one of the best defensive players in the top flight.
He added: "My dad used to play for Salford and he was well known for his tackling and he has taught me how important defence is.

"I used to play full-back when I was a kid and got some top tackle counts then, so perhaps it was always in me as well."
Hansen's endeavours for Wigan have been rewarded with a World Cup call-up Down Under.

Despite being born in New Zealand and having played Test rugby for the Kiwis, Hansen has opted for Samoa, qualifying through his grandparents.
He wil team up with Warriors colleague George Carmont, while Super League stars Ali Lauitiiti and Kylie Leuluai from Leeds have also received their call-up papers.

Hansen added: "I reckon we're going to have a keenly competitive team and that we can do really well.
"I'm really looking forward to it. It's going to be an awesome experience.

"The tournament should last about six weeks, after which I hope to be able look up some of my family who are still back home in New Zealand.
"But I can't hang about for too long.
"My girlfriend is pregnant and she's due to give birth
before Christmas, so I have certainly got to be back in Wigan for that.
"I'm going to be a dad and that's going to be awesome as well."

Congtatulations to the 'Hitman' on all 3 feats!

H H has been a much needed dynamo in Wigans pack, he puts the hard graft in the defensive line and runs the angles at pace in attack! For me he is an unsung hero who deserves the 'Hitman' accolade for his work rate for the Warriors!

Well done Harrison and good luck on becoming a dad.

Well done to HH, but he still owes the fans an apology for his comments after the Huddersfield match - if he was football player there would have been a lynch mob out for him - luckily Rugby fans just take it on the chin, but we dont forget!
