Pat Richards has signed a new contract with Wigan that keeps him with the club until the end of 2011.
The Aussie winger has signed a new three-year deal at the JJB.
It follows Brian Noble's decision this week to extend his stay at the Warriors for another 18 months.
The 26-year-old was coming out of contract at the end of the season.
Richards said: "Both me and my family have had three fantastic years at Wigan and I am delighted to be staying until at least 2011."
The goal-kicking winger, who has also starred at full-back, joined Wigan in 2006.
In 2007, he took over the kicking duties and became the most prolific points scorer in Super League with 248 points in the regular season.
Noble is delighted to retain his services and highlights just what an important player he is for the side.
"Pat has been phenomenal for us," said Noble. "His ability to play at full-back or on the wing with equal panache offers us great flexibility and his place kicking is crucial to the team."
Wigan chairman and owner, Ian Lenagan, insists is was one of the priorities to make sure the player didn't leave the club at the end of the year.
"We are delighted to secure Pat's services for the next three years," he said. "He is a great professional and an outstanding player and we made it one of our key objectives to keep him at the club.
"He enjoys playing for Wigan and he and his family have settled down very well in the area."
