A driver had a lucky escape after his car went over a seaside cliff, police said.
The Vauxhall Zafira went over the embankment at Bowleaze Coveway, near Weymouth, Dorset, and ended up 20 yards down the steep slope.
A Portland coastguard spokesman added: "We have no idea how he ended up over the cliff. It's about a 45-degree slope
which drops away down. The driver was very lucky as cars aren't built to cope with such conditions.''
