Yobs who have terrorised Wigan's streets are today named and shamed.
In what police describe as a "landmark case," Anti-social Behaviour Orders have been handed out to nine youths.

They include boys and girls as young as 12 who have run amok in Beech Hill bringing fear to residents.
Now the thugs have been banned from large parts of the neighbourhood.

Insp Glenn Jones of GMP's Wigan Neighbourhood Policing Team said: "This is a landmark case and sends out the message that all of us – community safety agencies and decent people in local communities – can work together to combat crime and anti-social behaviour."

I've said it before and I will say it again, you can always tell scum just by looking at them. Maybe it's ugliness or the rubbish haircuts I don't know. The police should be monitoring them before they start to get up to no good. I've got to say though, this is not your typical 'gang'... they look more like a bunch of gimps.
