UFO at Orrell Water Park?

A reader has emailed wigantoday.net asking if anyone saw a UFO over Orrell Water Park at the weekend.
His email reads ... Did anybody else see a round object with two orange lights at about 10 o'clock on Saturday night? It seemed to just appear before circling the park and disappearing.

While on the subject of UFOs there is feverish activity on the internet at the moment with predictions of 'First Contact' tomorrow - Tuesday, October 14, 2008.
According to reports on the web a number of psychics have received messages from an alien race 'The Federation of Light' who will reveal themselves tomorrow for the world to see and stay in our atmosphere for a period of three days.
Don't panic though, folks - according to the messages they come in peace and love and are here to help our planet!

It was probably an email from one of the many drunk teenagers who hang around on there of a night. One too many and they start seeing spaceships.

me and my mate seen an orange light in the sky, as iv something were on fire, it seemed to move downwards then in a circular motion, it seemed to flicker before dissapearing all together, and id only had a can! :) must of been spiked or special brew lol

It was my son who sent this email in and no he wasn't drunk actually, lucklady! He had simply been out for a walk with friends - no alcohol in sight! My son is a very mature and responsible young man who does a lot for the community and is doing very well at school. Why tar all teenagers with the same brush?? Its the same old story - if you want respect, you have to earn it!!!
