Wigan man denies aggravated burglary charge

Matthew Fillingham, 26, of Battersby Street, Ince, stood before a Bolton judge charged with entering a home as a trespasser and trying to steal items during which time his victim was subjected to violence.

He was bailed until his trial on February 1 2022.
