Pensioner denies child sex assault
A Wigan pensioner has denied eight counts of indecent assault and two counts of gross indecency with two girls under the age of 14.
John Jackson, 67, of Victoria Street, Newtown, is alleged to have committed the offences between 1990 and 1994.
Wigan magistrates remanded him on unconditional bail to appear at Bolton Crown Court on April 3.
