Wigan Athletic charged by FA over pitch invasion

Hide Ad"Wigan Athletic have been charged for failing to ensure that no spectators or unauthorised persons encroached onto the pitch at the Emirates FA Cup match against Manchester City on Monday, February 19," an FA statement read.
"The club has until 6pm on Monday, April 9 to respond to the charge.”
Earlier in the month, City were charged £50,000 by the FA after admitting they had failed to ensure their players conducted themselves in an orderly fashion.
