“Just look at their forwards...they have (Joe) Garner, (Will) Keane, (Kal) Naismith and (Viv) Solomon-Otabor...they are good players for League One.
“It’s a big pitch at Wigan which should help the spectacle, and I’m looking forward to another quality match between two good sides.”
Posh have won tbeir last four matches, but still Ferguson isn’t entirely satisfied.

“We certainly need to manage games better when we’re ahead, and we need to improve our set-piece execution.
“Mark Robson (assistant manager) does a lot of work on set plays and yet we haven’t scored from one yet this season.
“Having said that we’ve been solid and professional and the first-half against Oxford at the weekend was the most fluent we’ve been in possession.
“We’re in a good place, but we’re under no illusions about the difficulties we will face in two tough away matches this week.”
