The census is a survey about all of us and they need your help and enthusiasm to encourage everyone in England and Wales to participate.
The census gives us a picture of communities, which helps to plan and fund public services in your area.
Nothing else gives so much detail about the society in which we live, helping to make decisions with the potential to transform lives for the better.

Here's a taste of what's on offer:
1. Community engagement roles
If youre an organised engagement professional whos able to build trust and participation, this could be the job for you. Roles are available working with communities like Arab, Bangladeshi, Black African, Black Caribbean, Chinese, Indian, Nepali, Pakistani and Somali
2. Census area manager
Do you enjoy being out and about, and supporting people? Then this could be the perfect role for you. By assisting and motivating team leaders, youll make sure their teams visit addresses, sometimes several times, to help residents complete the census.
3. Census coverage survey area manager
If youre a proven line manager whos happy to travel, this role could be perfect for you. Youll motivate and support around 12 team leaders out in the field. Together, youll ensure their teams visit addresses in their area to encourage maximum participation in the census.
4. Non-compliance field manager
If youre skilled at managing both people and conflict, this could be the role for you. Overseeing five teams across a wide geographical area, youll travel to support colleagues as they visit different addresses, investigating refusals to take part in the census.
