INPD currently delivers courses in Manchester, Chester, Birmingham and London, and plans to expand into other cities in the coming months.

The company has also created Executive Mini MBA and Directors Development programmes, which are accredited by the University of Chester and lead to Postgraduate Certificates in business administration and strategic leadership in business.

Mr Hall said the success of these innovative programmes has been a key factor in the company’s rapid expansion, adding: “With a senior team who have decades of experience in executive education, we hit the ground running in 2018 and we are building on our strong first-year performance to accelerate growth during this financial year.

“Working with a range of academic partners and institutions to deliver courses of the highest standard, we are making a difference and having a real impact on people’s future development and careers and the performance of their organisations.

“We are on track to achieve revenues of £2.4m this financial year and look forward to continued expansion in future years.”
