Bar chain boss Tony Callaghan recently bought the 136-year-old building and has exciting developments planned - with the possibility for it to also house the town's new post office.

6. Booths plan
Mr Callaghan's plans include a large central bar area with seating booths around the edges. He wants it to be family-friendly.

The glazed roof which sits above what used to be the public area of the post office. The false ceiling will be removed.
