WE have officially launched our first Gym of the Year competition and we’re looking for you to nominate the best gym in the area – and later vote to see who takes home the prize.
We’ll accept nominations for any local gyms, health clubs or leisure centres.
Do you think your gym is simply the best? Does it provide service above and beyond?
Well, now you can make sure that it gets recognised in the Wigan Evening Post Gym of the Year competition.
We’re asking you, our readers, to nominate the gym in the Wigan area you think should win.
Whether it has the best equipment, the cleanest changing rooms or the friendliest fitness instructors, we want you to tell us who deserves to be awarded the honour.
You may already be an avid gym goer, or it may be something you’re looking to do this year, but whatever your reasons for joining a gym, we want to know what makes yours the best.
Is it the great value for money? Or perhaps the opening times suit your lifestyle? Whatever the reason, we want to hear from you.
Once we receive your nominations we will then run a shortlist of your favourite gyms and fitness centres.
These will be unveiled in the next couple of weeks and then voting will commence to find the overall winner throughout March.
The closing date for nominations will be 10am on Monday, March, 2.
