FORMER Coronation Street actress Sacha Parkinson has landed a role in one of ITV’s biggest dramas.
The Tyldesley girl is now part of the cast of Mr Selfridge, which stars Jeremy Piven.
The 22-year-old, who now lives in Salford, joins new recruits also include Zoe Wannamaker and sisters Kara and Hannah Tointon, of EastEnders and The Inbetweeners fame.
The third series, based on the popular Selfridge’s store, picks up in 1919, shortly after World War I.
Sacha has also recently finished filming series two of The Mill as Miriam Catterall and also stars in My Mad Fat Diary, as popular Stacey, which is on E4,
She is also set to play Katie in the BBC One three part crime drama The Driver, which will be aired later this year.
